I've used this app for a while. It used to be good. Now I've put thousands upon thousands in this site.. there's been multiple occasions now where I landed the bonus round spin and they didn't activate it. I have all the screen shots from my phone and from the history site which clearly shows the 3 needed and in some cases 4 bonus symbols.. talked to customer service and they would not honor it. I've WASTED THOUSANDS on this site. Now I don't think I'll ever be back.

Have been an avid fan of The Score since the good ol' days before SportsNet bought em out. I miss the TV station. I'm more than happy to have them as my bookie all these years later. Not to mention, the betting app is more than capable in every facet. I know for a fact as a college football handicap nerd, that The Score Bet is one of the best apps out there. Good luck !

I keep getting locked out of the casino Red Tiger games because of a location bug even though I'm in Ontario. It seems to happen bi-weekly and is very annoying I tried clearing cache and data uninstalling and reinstalling the apt and restarting my device...nothing corrects the error

Many times when I put together a parlay and my wager..it'll randomly say "unknown error". This issue isn't fixed even after I start the process all over. By the end, the games have already begun. Fix this

Site itself is fine, I'd give it 4 if not 5 BUT problem is and has been quite often with Customer or lack there of. I have numerous examples but I'm finally fed up. Latest is..I qualified for a bonus bet but because I can't go back to locate bet ID ( doesn't allow me to scroll 3 days back) they won't help. And They won't go back and look for themselves and try to help. Failed to even answer actual question.He said because I've done so many wagers, it's basically too hard for he 2 go back

Stole money out of my with pictures for proof and they wont reimburse it and ive been locked out of my bank due to the breach for over 2 weeks. Do not trust. Now they handed me into collections for the money they already stole from me. So now i have to that mpany and sort it all out to. What a joke. Update. ed them again. More waiting. No solutions. I provided the collection agency with all the proof of them stealing money from me. Still more waiting.....

Half the time this app is glitchy. Depositing is a hassle at times. They tell me it's my bank, and my bank tells me everything is fine. Slot games fail to send required data to their network at times, causing the game to crash. App signs you out periodically which is annoying. When it works it's fine, when it doesn't it's frustrating.

This is the only site I trust. Love the games and the sport betting is easy to understand. Look forward to seeing what's new every day. Not crazy about all the parlays. Miss the daily contest. All in all it is a great site. Customer service is great.
