Never had a problem until recently. It'll let me edit pictures, but when I click save, the app has an error message & doesn't save the picture & crashes. All that work immediately down the toilet.

I used to love this app--I've been using it for about 4 years now. This past year, I've had issues where effects need to be re-ed over and over again. Recently, nearly all of my ed effects are just blank when I open them. It's one of the best/most unique features, and it's such a bummer that it's completely useless now. Any devs have a known fix to this bug? My app is updated.

I normally love this app but I keeps crashing when I try to the filters that it's making re!! I've already spent $$$ on this app and use it for work this is beyond frustrating!!!!! Edit: it keeps saying I'm not subscribed when I am and paid yearly in January!!!!

Absolutely loved this app. But the recent problems have not been solved and on fact it's just worse. I've uninstalled and reinstalled today (04 Oct 20) and it still won't even open before it crashes. The one time I managed to get as far as selected a picture to edit, it immediately crashed. I'm now trying to find another app with a similar filter for me to use as this app is no longer reliable. We've been told time and again that the issue is resolved and this is just not true.

Update: I haven't been able to use the app for several months now. When you try to save an edited picture, it crashes, so you lose all your work. It's so disappointing that this app continually has issues. The difference this time is that they haven't been able to figure it out (that's pretty much the response I get, with no timeframe or any idea as to how they'll fix it). So now I'm left with a useless app that I invested $ on. It just seems like they don't care, esp if you have an Android.

I never post a photo without using this gem first. Tools, filters, effects cropping and square fit. Everything i need to keep my instagram grid looking its best. HOWEVER, on any of my android devices that I've used the app on over the last 5 years i have had issues with repeated crashing and am unable to select a photo to edit directly from my gallery or share directly to IG.

*UPDATED* Thank you!! It seems to be working again now. Thanks for the help! Keeps crashing and can't edit. Not sure what happened but all of a sudden I can't use the app. Can't edit or anything, it just crashes. I've purchased way too many filters and really hoping they'll be restored when it's back up and running. Please fix!

DON'T BUY ANYTHING IN-APP! The app has had some serious bug issues lately, you can't a photo without the app crashing and closing out. I've been using the app for years and really enjoyed using it in the past. A few weeks ago I opened the app so I could get back to using it, and purchased a bunch of filter and effect packs. But I haven't been able to use them at all because photos can't be ed :/ Don't make the same error I made, I suggest waiting until they fix the issues first
