All you have to do is to plug headphones to your device and click the button with ear symbol. I love the quality of the playback & the simple, easy-to-use UI. Unfortunately, the app is a little too simple, missing a function that is so incredibly useful that it's - in my opinion - essential: the ability to choose your input and output sources. For example, it would often be much easier for me to just set down my mic'd wireless headphones for input while listening to the output through my wired headphones. If those two features were added, I'd change this rating to a perfect 5 stars!

This app works while listening to streaming music apps too! It's the only app I found on android that works to mix the sound from my music player with the sounds picked up by the microphone on my phone so I can hear both at the same time. I would happily give 5 stars if there was a way to control the volume of both audio sources independantly.

It works now, but Make sure you get your earbuds out before you turn it off. My ears are still ringing from the max volume ad that came on when I turned the listen function off. The ad should either fade up to give you time to adjust the volume or the volume should go back to whatever it was before you activated the listening function. I did buy the no ads upgrade after that experience. But seriously this did cause a little hearing damage and might badly startle someone who is driving...

ed 5 similar apps, only this one is simple, reliable and clear, the rest either volume too low, delayed or echoing. Only problem is when the phone was rotated the app stops immediately. If without this issue, this is a 5 star app! Screen turns off the app still works, this is great. My 108 years old grandpa needs this with a Bluetooth headphones to have a normal conversation with us, loved this more than his hearing aids. Older people can use their phone with a Bluetooth headphones now!

The best app, it can even pick a pin drop sound. Thanks alot to the developer. But only there is a slight problem I. E the app automatically shutdown as soon as you change the orientation of the phone. I am using one plus 6t. Also please add option to record the listening conversation just like in the ear spy pro app. Rest this app is off the hook. Also add filters like equalizer etc.

I originally gave your app 5 stars but I had to take 2 back. Not because of the app itself though. Its because when I tap the screen to turn it off my eardrums are assaulted with an ad at full volume immediately. I was listening to my surroundings with headphones in so they were still in my ears and now since that ad blasted unexpectedly in them I have since been hearing this sort-of buzzing type noise. You need to have the ad on mute or atleast low volume when it plays. That is not cool at all

I don't mind the ads. I dislike it shutting off after awhile on its own. Inputs/outputs can be switched to preferences', that is very nice. Overall nice application, simple, easy to use, plays in the background and powerful, indeed.

Edit (1/15/2020) Using on a Motorola G7 phone, the gain and tone controls offer expanded audio spectrum sensitivity, much like that hearing aids employ. This has proven to be a valuable tool when needing to listen to sounds otherwise beyond normal audio range. As before, no functionality problems are presented during varying configurations and tasking. Very solid application.
