Seemingly one of a kind. 6 different categories of easy, medium, hard, very hard, letter (interesting) and themed. Only ads are for hints in my experience. Ads last about 20-30 seconds, but as I said only play when you want hints. Hints come easy enough from completing puzzles, but I've found I still need a lot of them since I don't play a lot of crosswords due to ads autoplaying on other apps.

I've been big into Crosswords on the Washington Post and the Minis on NYT (Wordle fan!) and this is honestly the perfect game. There's only ads when you need a hint (5 hints per ad-usually 30 seconds) but you also get hints from solving previous crosswords! The 'very hard' category is challenging with one word hints, so I go finish some 'easy's to get some help! 'Letters' is all answers starting with said letter, and 'Categories' can be fun if you know your stuff! Better than I even expected!

Freaking awesome game! So many different game choices. Keeps your brain going. What's nice is that don't have to solve one puzzle @ a time to get to another one. I've found that I can go back to an unfinished puzzle & finish it without using a hint...which you don't have to pay for! Y'all did an awesome job! -Ames

Well... I love ethnical inclusion as much as the next guy, but to put it bluntly, the layout of the clues just sucks. It doesn't ruin the game, but in contrast, since I ed the game, I've learned more words used colloquially used in the UK than I have new English words. I used to think that English was synonymous with England, but that's not the case—at all. It's no point in any case, because the game is too far complete to do something as trivial as restructure the clues. Oh well...

Many, many puzzles in a variety of sizes and difficulties, and though access to lots of hints is hidden behind paid ments the game is very liberal with how many hints you receive just for playing the game Wish I could keep saying nice things, but that's where the good stuff ends. The quality of the hints is insane- at times all but giving you the answer right away, but more often giving such a vague ambiguous clue that you'll scream at your phone when you finally find what the word was

Well made game-wise. Unfortunately at a certain point, the "difficulty" is just bad, inaccurate, and overly vague clues. Not to mention, this game is clearly made in the UK and there's several unlabeled clues. Some will say (UK) or (amer.) but many of the regional ones don't and it leads to a consistently unfair waste of hint points. I don't mind UK stuff but it's rather annoying losing points despite being correct, for things like an "S" in "realiZe", or unfamiliar British-only .

It is a crossword game. It uses British English, which has a few weird spellings. I am American so a word like "tyre" and "tire" are weird. It's not wrong at all, and there's a huge body of water that made the words different. There's not really any features that makes this game different or stand out. Besides that there's virtually no ads, unless you want more hints.

The game is worthwhile because it's free with ads; there a few hundred puzzles built-in and there's a mixture of easy word hints and more challenging word definitions. There are infrequently British variants of some words, but they are usually identified as being (UK). Downsides are the very long wait on ments which run for more than 20 seconds and also the crossword puzzle app creator likes to use the same words with different definitions in different puzzlea.
