Worst experience. Order cancelled without stating a reason and after 30 minutes of confirmation. Also, platform doesn't online payment, hence, the customer has to bear extra tax. Selection of deals in fast food also fails where individual items have to be included.

EXTREMELY PATHETIC APP! To confirm the order from app, OTP will be sent to an e mail id otherwise order will not be completed. Such a nonsense and irritating option. What if our email space is full and can not get the OTP? What If I dont want to share my e mail id to not to receive any promotional emails? Every other company always sent OTP on sms and it automatically filled in. Kindly change this option. ITS ANNOYING AND IRRITATING.

NOT RECOMMENDED. I ordered on 27 October 2024. It was my first online order. I am too much disappointed and I won't order online again. I ordered 2 single choice packs. Both packs wasn't sealed properly as per company protocol and 1 pack was more than half eaten. Third part remaining. I launched a complaint of this but staff in their complaint cell is totally non professional and nonsense. EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE. Highly not recommended.

Fast food items prices too high as compare to other good fast food restaurants as I observed.Quantity and quality of fries need to much improvement as lot of time I observed it's not satisfactory quantity and size of fries. Delivery time and prices should review for 3 to 5 km. Regards

The app itself has improved but with no option for online payment, we get charged 11% higher GST. Unless corrupt practices are involved regarding under-reporting of sales, it makes no sense to remove the option of online payment that was previously there.

You should have have phone number verification added to the app, and if not make sure the email one is actually working. Can't receive email verification.
