Atleast once every afternoon the app stops working and I cannot get my chats voicemails or make calls..can't use the desktop version because I get made a minute of talking with my client before the call goes silent. It is incredibly frustrating that there are issues so frequently. Makes working remote way more challenging than it needs to be

From the time I started using the Jabber app each day my blue tooth ear buds connected with jabber without issue. Out of the blue the ear buds stopped connecting. I have reset jabber multiple times. Sometimes, it works, and the ear buds are compatible with the app, and they work all day long. Sometimes, they will work part of the day then randomly stop. Sometimes, they won't work at all. There is no consistency and it doesn't matter how I put the settings, the ear buds will only randomly work.

It's not possible to use headphones with this app anymore and that makes it terrible. 👎 No response from the developer despite asking about this for 6 months. Problem is still not addressed. As of Dec 2024 still an issue.

This app is completely unreliable. It does not stay connected to the server. When a call comes in, it can be answered but a second call from the caller comes in immediately following the first so the phone doesn't stop ringing to allow you to properly answer the first call. Audio quality seems to be terrible both ways as well. Our company has made a mistake in purchasing this product for remote on-call service and our customers are very dissatisfied.

I have been using this app for almost 3 years and never had an issue until this most recent update. Now my app will not stay connected to the server for more than a couple minutes at a time. I have tried resetting it and deleting and re-ing it and nothing helps. This really makes remote work difficult when this is your only option besides giving out your personal number.

This app would be fantastic if it worked reliably. it always disconnects from the server and essentially bricks itself. You have to force stop and reopen and then it will stay connected for 2-3 mins and disconnect again. When it was more stable and reliable it was extremely useful

Terrible experience. I cannot believe in this day and technology that this app doesn't work better. Terrible call quality, clients are complaining. The worst experience ever with any app I've ever used. Hate it

Unsure if the most recent update caused this but when I receive a call through the app my phone with contine to either buzz or ring after ive answered the call. The person calling me seems to be unfazed by the buzzing but I am 100% fazed by it!
