This application has been developed to provide access to e-Customs services rendered by the State Customs Committee from mobile devices.Both citizens of Azerbaijan and foreign nationals can use this application. The application allows s to queue online for border crossings, calculate vehicle customs duties, appeal to the Committee, get news and Call Center of the State Customs Committee.
Customs Service of Azerbaijan is planning to add more services and data tools to this application in the near future.

Not as bad as described but app shows same notifications again and again. Every time I open my phone, there must be 3-4 smart custom notification 😄

This app didn't work properly for a day so far. Firstly, It asks to every time I use this app and it takes too much time to do it because of errors. Secondly, I cannot select country from the list just because there is no country list at all (just the word SELECT instead). Now, I simply cannot because of the INTERNAL SERVER ERROR. The app has enormous amount of bugs which have to be fixed as soon as possible, otherwise this makes online shopping very difficult and annoying.

Could hardly get ed with ID and in the end cannot because system failure. Both the app and official site does not work. I called the customs hotline in the afternoon to find out about the issue and was told that in couple of hours the issue will be resolved. It is more than couple of hours now and the system is still down.

Couldn't get ed using ID. Multiple checkings for "not being a robot" and then it just shows an error. Tried several times in a few days. The result is the same. Works with Asan Imza, but not ID. What is the solution? I can't my purchases before entering the system, which seems impossible. Dead end.

The program interface and features are under expectations. Many Problems: 1.declarations of previous months are not reflected 2. Declarations are not editable 3. Many unexpected errors 4. information can not be saved for easy access. 5. Can not see declarations of my in other device. 6. There is no PC version or website. 7. There is no possibility to check and pay fee if 300$ limit exceeded. 8. Tracking ID problems that Smart Customs do not recognize them. Etc.........

Smart (Bastard) Customs.. Remove your Robot checks!!! After trying 150th time it repeatedly requests same checking process. During last 3 days I can't enter to my profile. I swear you no any Robot in this world is interested in your stupid application! You can identity just by sms sending. It is simple, as an example you can apply some banks Internet banking options.

The worst experience ever!! Nobody can tell me how am I supposed to declare cost of shipping and invoice for each separate item? Should I enter the total cost every time or do I need to divide it? How would I divide the total shipping cost?? Why it is so unclear? Why cant I enter cost in respective currency and you just put there an automated calculator so that we dont have to do it manually? Why do I have to select "not being a robot" pictures 100 times after each step? This is so wrong!

Why is it necessary to to the program again every time? Is it so difficult to save name and and integrate fingerprint ? Or will it be in 5 years? If you every other day, you have to choose to log out and again. There are a lot of bugs and when you read reviews, you understand that no one will answer you and no one is going to improve the program. Rename the program please, stupid program, no smart
