I definitely would not recommend EPB to anyone any more. The old system was very friendly. We were having minor problem and they recommended us switching to the app. I spoke to a manager 1st and he promised we could go back if we were unhappy. WRONG. He lied to us. They wouldn’t let us. The new app is not using friendly at all. The screen font is so small you can’t hardly read it. That is just one of many problems with it. I can’t list them all. Don’t let them talk you into the switch.

It's a joke, I am unable to even try the streaming service without giving up the boxes at my home. Why does it even matter how I consume my TV services?? I've heard enough negative things I'll keep my boxes as long as possible. EPB, let people try the app and report back before forcing this. Also your Apple TV app has a 1.6 rating with a known big that hangs the units. I've been an advocate and champion of your service for many years. It's disappointing.

Love that they have improved so that you can now fast forward and delete episodes. Would ask for a delete option within the episode so that you don't have to take so many steps to delete. As of now after you watch your episode, you have to pause, go to details, manage recording, scroll to the episode then click delete. also sort option for record date. you have to scroll to bottom for oldest. would be easier if on top.

I only need this app for my senior mother, and for seniors it is a nightmare of an app (it's pretty poorly designed, in general, but especially bad for seniors). The app cannot be opened to the last signed in profile and it will not open to a tv channel, with the ability to change channels intuitively (you have to exit the menu, first, before you can take any other action). In addition, when browsing the guide, you have to find your channel, select you channel, the select 'play' (really?!?)...

App is a little clunky to maneuver around. You have to scroll through entire guide to get to specific channel. The biggest issue is that you cannot cast to Chromecast devices. You can use this app with Chromecast with Google TV but not the older Chromecasts. I do have older TV's that aren't "smart". After comparing it to other streaming apps, it appears that app is outputting lower resolution video. Compared several movies from EPB to HBO Max and EPB app runs lower resolution.

Great experience with the app overall... dvr works great, just needs a better way to categorize your recordings.. gets annoying having to scan through everything to find something in particular.. with unlimited dvr your collection can get large fairly quick, so a better way to categorize is a no brainer... also, if you have auto updates off on your device(phone/tv), make sure you keep an eye out and keep it updated, because the guide gets weird sometimes until update on "Onn4kStreamBox"

I'm loving the speed, no boxes, and being able to use my own devices ( down from 4 remotes to just 1). I would like on the guide section or some where in setting fit a place for favorite channels, that way I can go straight to the channels I watch most.....hoping this is addressed soon. Also I can't find the CW shows that I try to record because when I go to the guide and back up it goes from 305 to 307.......No 306?

Works good so far. The only thing you guys need to work on across all platforms is flagging what is new and repeat. I have loads of shows that record all because you don't have them flagged like you do on the normal boxes. Causes us to figure out what to watch new and not. It's set on new but you don't have the shows flagged please work on this. also on the firestick the audio on your app gets out of sync sometimes too. That's our only issues so far. Thanks!
