I sell large, expensive furniture that I make on Etsy, have been doing so for years. ing Etsy has always been frustrating when that's even possible because everything is automated. I received a notification of payment today. I thought it must be a scam, because I never received a notification of a sale. I tried ing Etsy. Their form is an endless loop. I see no way to inquire why I didn't receive a sales notification, which results in delayed shipping.

The app doesn't notify me of new messages, which is a huge problem. I have all notification categories except messages and sales off and I get notified of sales. I used to get notified of messages but no longer. Also on the list of orders the ship by date has been removed from each order so you have to physically tap each one to see when they need to ship. This is more of an annoyance. Hopefully the messages notifications can be fixed especially since we're supposed to respond within 24 hours.

Ok so it works. The fees are ridiculous. It charged me 15% cuz of "offsite ads". U r supposed to voluntarily pay for advertising. I can do that myself, they just are taking money now. I recommend moving to another site. I probably will cuz I didn't want ad service, idc about the transaction fees or anything but ads should be optional. I lost almost $8 off a $53 order cuz of the ad fees. That's almost 3× as much I was charged for regular fees. I only use this app cuz it targets what I sell

Have watched this app disentigrate for such a long time that I am not just frustrated but am actively considering a new selling platform altogether. Sold on Etsy for 12 years, but I am puzzled at this point. It times out and restarts when one toggles between it and notes apps for information about the item being listed. It no longer allows me to copy and paste into the title for the item listing. It's absurd. It actually takes LONGER to list than 12 years ago. Just frustrating beyond belief.

I'm so upset - I paid Etsy today and then tried to again later this morning. Etsy is not sending the security code and I'm locked out of my ! I just received an order of items I planned to add today equaling about 30 new listings - I can't even add them. I've updated my device and software and also ed my carrier. I'm told it's an issue on Etsy's end. I ed Etsy and of course no response. They took my money before locking me out. Looking into competitors now.

The Etsy Seller app is really bad. I have changed my 10 times, and each does not work. Ask for . They always tell me everything is fine with my store. I have not been able to get the app to work. The BLUE one. On my phone. I cannot talk to customers or see my messages.

Terrible. I can spend an hour trying to photos for one listing! I have to one photo at a time. The old app was so much nicer and all 10 photos would quickly at once. Despite calls to Etsy, I just get told to photos to the desktop version. That defeats the purpose, because I take photos with my cellphone. Get it together Etsy!

This new seller app is horrible. I have customers I have to give my person cell number, because I can't send pictures for them to see custom options. It says pictures don't send, but when you look on the computer, it's been sent. Can't load pictures half the time, took me 3 weeks to get shop off vacation mode because it kept telling me error and for me to etsy . Some orders I can print packing slips and labels, others I have to go to the computer to print anything. Horrible.
