This app is very poor like poor services of Lucknow Municipal corporation. This app needs to improve registration and sign in first then it needs to go for complaints and many more. I think this app is going to be useful if properly maintained otherwise nothing to happen on this front. One thing more about this app why it was coppied from USA mentioning 311 and 911.👎🏼 LMC is focussing on Tax collection only no proper service is given to citizens.

why do you need location permission for viewing/ing a complain for a logged in ? it doesn't work without location permission in any way, if you need location while ing a complaint, the permission should be optional

Great app for Lucknowites. Fast redressal of issues is done. I'm totally satisfied with the response. Also I'm equally surprised to see govt. agencies responding so fast on our complaints. Till now I've ed 4 complaints out of which 3 have been addressed in quite a short duration. Keep up the good work 👍

Worth a try! From last one week we were annoyed by the plant waste lying in front of our house even after several complaints through control board line numbers. But after installing & lodging complaint from this app, the problem was sorted out within 2 days. 👍😊 Yes there are technical improvements needed in this app. But overall we have got some positive news for getting our problems sorted out. My best wishes with the developers. At least you guys are trying to change something here.

Issue NOT attempted by anyone and on site they showing it Resolved !! I can't understand on what basis WORK DONE or Resolved is showing automatically after few Days ??? When no one visit और attempt to complete issue Practically! Either the app is not working or concern employee Not working practically!

Stupid system, equally stupid app developer. The app crashes when I click on forgot pin. I have never ed on this app and yet it says that the already exists. It never sends any OTP for logging in. And without logging in, the app is practically useless. What more to expect from a stupid sarkari app. I wonder who designed and developed this trash.

This is extremely unfortunate that the app shows a complete picture of the work culture followed by the Municipality. You issue a complain and it will be resolved on the app only. The real issue will remain as it is. This make you realise that how so ever smart they can name a city they will remain the same unless the system change.
