As of time of writing, the app is useless. It always shows available slots at the charging station near my home and when I go there they're all occupied. Eldrive seems to have operational issues with their partners too. Once I drove to a mall in Sofia to only find out the floor with the docks was out of service. Customer seems unaware of the issues and offer no resolution. This is a for-profit service that should serve its customers well but in reality it wastes people's time. I've given in on using it and looked for alternatives. Fix your operational issues and learn how to treat your customers!

You can't use the app to start a paid session - seems to work only if you have RFID card/key. No issues with free ones. I get "Unauthorized" error message every time. I've spent 5 BGN for phe bills to call, wait, wait, wait and get it activated remotely.

Has all the features you need - to check the charging type, availability and price. Works good. Everything with the charging was ok.

Very poor presentation of charging session -no information on kWh charged , no info of the current charging speed. No information on what the cost of charging is (which can easily be calculated by initial charge + kWh charged * XX.x bgn per kWh). Difficult to see the status of charging station (vacant or occupied).

Charging is REALLY EXPENSIVE. Very limited availability outside a few major cities. Most chargers are slow. The app is OK.

App is OK, but comany lacks B2B - the card they have sent me doesnt work. No such issues with other EV charging companies in Bulgaria.

App doesn't work at all. Cannot connect to charging station. I have to call that keep on repeating to issue me a card. 21st century...

New interface seems better, but it is now impossible to exit from the App, it only opens the side menu.
