The UI improvements have successfully made the app feel smoother and faster. The main experience issue found is the delay in knowing item availability; unavailable items are only flagged at checkout unless the views the "Temporary Unavailable" list . The app should immediately show if an item is unavailable and/or prevent it from being added to the order.

This app deserves ZERO rating. Hard to navigate. Tried to order and after 1 hour and 30 minutes, still the status is "Preparing Order". Tried to the store, no answer. Tried to Jollibee Delivery (#87000), the customer rep told me they can only provide store phone number for me to reach out ans they can't do anything on their end. I tried to cancel my order but the form where you enter their store ID location says there's a drop down option to select store but there's none!!

This app is a huge downgrade, caused nothing but frustration. It led me to order from a store that was already closed, yet the order was confirmed and stuck on “looking for a rider.” The store isn’t even in the drop down list, and I have no idea what a “store code” is. I waited over an hour and couldn’t cancel because the app is hard to navigate. The Help Center isn’t helping at all, and I still can’t request a refund. This needs urgent attention.

Just wanna say that I was dissatisfied with this app, the crew and the rider. There's no tracking on the app showing when the rider is almost there. To the crew and rider, they're all rude. I even added an alternative number in any case they cannot call me on the other number. But JOLLIBEE ROLIGON TAMBO DID NOT ADD PUT THE RECEIPT. They even blame me for not looking on the app for update, there's nothing to see. If only I could add a photo of the convo we had with the crew

My goodness, this app is beyond bad. My order went through and the store I called never got the order. I was charged regardless! My money was stolen from me. This is unacceptable. Insider perspective: the Jollibee branches have reported a lot of trouble with these apps, and you should avoid this app at all costs! Stick to more reliable food delivery apps like Grab! My god. This sucks!

App is a downgrade from the older one. Cannot choose which stores to deliver from anymore. Much slower as well. Edit: Latest update now let you choose a branch. Very nice!

Immediately disappointed on this app! Old app notified me to switch to this app because the store i frequently order moved and is using this app instead of the old one, so i did. This is me comparing this app to the old one: 1st - this is way slower so it'll take time for you to order and 2nd - the UI, specially when ordering and specifying the store you want to order is confusing, you couldn't tell which part is clickable. Was about to pay and check out my order app goes "Unknown error" smh

Giving this app a 1-star is generous. I have so many complaints about this app but the worst offender is that YOU CAN'T CANCEL YOUR ORDER. You can try the "Help Center" but you will just be filling up a form and, if you're lucky, your order cancelation request will be attended to within 72 hours. This app really solidifies the JFC reputation. Great job for consistently disappointing your customers.
