Your Drivers do everything they can to avoid bookings, they do so by turning off their mobile data, I was late to work several times because of this, and the drivers are just lounging about, swiping down on their phones to turn off mobile data to avoid being booked, 1 of your Drivers had the nerve to tell me he doesn't care about my booking, or If I'm late. But at least I was ed quickly for resolution to this fiasco, my hope is that this issue is permanently fixed

Good service but app developers made very strange decisions. I can't book a "reverse" ride to go back, a feature available in Maxim. Strangely unresponsive UI. Also, Favorites (⭐) are saved separately for From and To locations, which is just bizarre. I starred my hotel when I booked from it, and can't choose it as my Destination -- it only shows up in the Pickup locations!

I've been very happy with the service since they started, and was expecting that the developers would enhance the app for us to be able to properly track the drivers by now. although, customers are still unable to do that. I will probably give 5 stars once that happens. It's disappointing that you have good riders, but the app is terrible. It's a good thing the drivers are good with communication. Please enhance the app if possible for a better experience. Thank you.

Great app to help you get around Metro Manila. One feature I would really like is it there was a stock image of the vehicle that is available to pick you up. Sometimes that can make a big difference between enjoying a joy ride and being uncomfortable on an old, rumbling hunk of junk from an apocalypse movie.

So far, the service was good. Tye drivers are friendly and accomodating. I just hope you could improve your map. It is so hard to pin an exact location, even if you click the option "use exact location", it will instead pin a block location away. I hope you have an option for the customers to manually pin a location.

Why does your app work like this? Drivers are always canceling bookings. It happens every single time, without fail! What’s the problem? Even if you add a tip, it’s the same! That’s why I always book well in advance to find a driver because they keep canceling. You end up waiting 30 minutes to an hour just to find a driver who won’t cancel! Please fix this.

It is very difficult to tag the correct location, even if I am using precise map location it still provides a block away location. No option to pin the location on a map manually and the suggested location is way too far , like it's from a different region even if I put the entire address correctly.

Hi! I suggest adding the 'Additional Tip' button after the service is completed. Tips should reflect the quality of service, not influence the rider’s decision to accept a booking. Right now, it seems riders are focusing more on potential tips rather than the actual fare. It would be better if the fare was adjusted to be fair to customers. Thanks
