Perfect! I have been waiting for an option to bind my credit card to my LPP for sooo long. I also really love the map design and that it actually shows where your bus is and where it is going. The only thing that could be improved is the UI design for checking when a particular line arrives at your bus stop (i.e. incoming bus lines with aproximate time of arrival), since the text is quite small.

- when navigating, tells you street directions how to walk to the stop, but does not actually tell you the name of the departure stop anywhere... - you can "change the language" in settings except the app language never changes - without reading the FAQ page and translating it to English, I'd never have found the little button you have to press -only- on the home screen which actually lets you buy a ticket.... Totally illogical placement, if I've selected a bus route, the button should be there!

New app doesn't NFC payment which was very quick in previous app. You unlocked phone and ed terminal and it was done. Now you need to unlock phone, open app, select use urbana, wait for connection to the terminal. It is 5 times slower. That is just degradetion of service. Please return back NFC payment in new Urbana app.

Worse experience than before. Looks pretty, but core functionality is degraded. Instead of unlocking phone and tapping terminal, I now have to turn on bluetooth, open Urbana app, click use urbana and confirm. Rather not use at all if it's this much work. My data is definetley not safe with you and your Bluetooth needs! Edit: why can't I refill on physjcal Urbana terminals?? I don't have a credit card, not Valu.

A big improvement from previous app. Now you can actually pay with bank card, not just Valu. Perfect for tourists. However, as a student with train access and local buses, I can not yet transfer physical card into this app.

The app is nicely made, transparent and easy to use, although the card scanner in the bus sometimes doesnt validate my ticket. It displays the error when you dont have enough balance on your card, while the app shows that i have a valid ticket. I cant seem to explain to the drivers that i did indeed pay for the ride.

It's a big improvement from the last version, but it still doesn't allow for all physical cards to be transferred to the app, it would be extremely useful if the student card could be transferred to the app. I see no reason why that is not allowed. If it was I could just put my id in my phone case and not have my wallet on me at all.

This app is useless. Please beware!!! Buses in Ljubljana accept payment by card and will charge you TWICE when you use the app on a bus. You will pay once from Urbana app and once from any card that you have default for less. Just use any visa card to pay on-board the buses instead of this awful app. We got charges twice for every trip we used the app for! Waste of money and total scam.
