Easy to use. UI and some features could use some updating though. - Need have separate schedules for different seasons or that can be toggled on or off. Eg: schedule different on and off setpoints for summer and winter - if the program events per day were sorted by their time - UI navigation with the zones is a bit weird and makes it hard to jump between two zones without having to go back - app doesn't respond to the android back button - more notification options for things like defrost

Awful. The programmed schedule only works intermittently. The other day I was super hot at 3am and pulled up the app to see that my home was at the daytime set temp. It claimed it was running as programmed. It was cold enough outside that it should have dropped quickly to the overnight temp. Menus and options aren't intuitive at all. I much preferred my old thermostat and app which is of course not compatible with my Mitsubishi heat pump.

Have one unit installed in my home in a four seasons room. App keeps disconnecting, and I have a mesh satellite in the room about 10 feet away. It is constantly disconnecting which means can not access unit. Remote to run is almost useless. I attempted on X, and got the we will be with you soon, but nobody ever connected with me. This was on Dec. 17th, and no one ever answered. Got an email that says a great new app is coming, but nothing yet. Great heat pump TERRIBLE wifi app!

Unfortunately not very well developed app. Too slow to communicate. A clunky, unintuitive, and unfriendly interface. needs a complete revamp. Everything the other reviews say is true. They haven't bothered to come up with a revamped new app in years clearly indicate volumes about their priorities. It's not customers. Why would you trust Mitsubishi to come up with any innovative product if they haven't even bothered to work on fixing the one app that controls their flagship product line.

One of the worst apps that I have the misfortune of having to use. The app constantly loses connection, not allowing me to even change the temp so I still use my Nest as a backup. The mini-split units often start working independently of the app, with no way to correct them. Beyond poor functioning, the UI is years behind the Nest, lacking basic logic. Mitsubishi make great mini-splits but they shouldn't exploit this by forcing one to use the substandard app - stick to hardware.

Bumped up to '3' since recent issue w/ app returning to screen seconds after logging in was fixed. But it's still sub-par w/ limited functions, bad scheduling UIs, unable to save seasonal settings, and not consistently connecting to all my splits. Now I'm concerned about being unable to access the app and adjust settings at all if the recent problem recurs. They're supposedly releasing a replacement 'Comfort' app but comms are unclear and there's no new app in the Play Store.

The fundamental design is deeply flawed. Communications between the app and head unit is very inconsistent and about 50% of messages are dropped and not retried. This causes the scheduling feature to be worthless. Don't waste your money. We have a repeater 10 feet from the unit and fios so the home wifi/bandwidth is not the issue.

Update 1/2025: Still garbage. Now all of the sudden it asks me for my everytime I open the app. For years this hasn't happened and now it happens for no reason. FIX THIS APP!!! Garbage!!! I upgraded the app and all of the sudden it does not work AT ALL in one room. Worked fine before. This is a disgrace. Going to insist I get a new unit until this is fixed.
