Has biometrics which is good but only s fingerprint. Need to add face unlock for Google phones. All my other banking/financial apps have it. What are you worried about? That someone might pay my mortgage payment for me? lol Now the fingerprint is also broken. It makes me put in / every time. I keep turning on use fingerprint but it just turns off.

Excellent Service!!! They are with you every step of the way! Diane Lombard if I'm spelling the name correctly, is Amazing! Even after everything is all set and done, they still keep in touch with a Birthday card! Trying to get a refinance can be very stressful with all the paperwork but working with Diane and the crew of New American Funding made me very comfortable and happy with the results.

Wish there was an option to pay different amounts except what is due. Times are tough and sometimes can't make full amount payments. Maybe partial payments throughout the month to total a full payment.

Pretty good. One confusion is that it doesn't use the from the normal web portal (a shame). You must "create" a "new" name/pw to use this app (note: just recreate the exact same name/pw as the web portal). That aside the app is good. The UI is attractively modern. The front screen is wonderful at visualizing your loan. Other interactive screens illustrate the positive effect of early payments. There are payment screens as well I will review later. Currently locked. Loan too new.

This app is complete trash. New American Funding put the wrong bank number on my when I closed, now there are SIX of the same checking I can choose to pay from, but at least one of them is wrong, and I can't update them in the app. Automatic payments don't show up in the app for days, I can get my because it says my SSN is wrong. NAF was great during the loan process but actually paying your mortgage will be a nightmare.
