Update in Jan 2025: I am amazed that I'm playing this again ten years later. My original review stated that they needed landscape view and the images took too long to . Since then, they have added landscape view and the load times are not an issue at all. Still no ads, fantastic app. Uninterrupted relaxing time!

Lovin it now I need to update my review, after all this time the puzzle has become wonky. It has sadly become frustrating. IT WOULD BE REALLY NICE IF THE PIECES WOULD NOT JUMP TOGETHER while i am organizing them ugggh ***Heres my previous eval. I enjoy this cause you can set the difficulty level. Would have given 5, but the pieces are scrambled everywhere so a bit hard to work with...unlike others that have a drawer next to the puzzle.

I very much enjoy how I can choose my own picture. I've explored different artists and art styles, illuminated manuscripts, architecture, stained glass, fabric designs and quilts from other cultures, and unusual landscapes. Also, two good things they did was (1) to stop the ads in 2022 for a game that seemed misogynistic, and (2) to investigate my complaint about notices that I had to update my game, which would actually would ed a different jigsaw game app.

I don't usually leave reviews under apps, but I have to say this is the loveliest puzzle app on the app store. Most of the other puzzle apps I've seen only have puzzles of AI art, which I'm not too fond of. A lot of apps also use art without crediting the artists that have created it, which I'm also very much against. This app (as far as I can tell) Only offers real photos, and those photos are all credited to the photographer that captured them! Overall, this app is comfortable and lovely 🤎

This is the best jigsaw puzzle app on the app store, especially for seniors!! First, I tried several other apps, and they are EXACTLY THE SAME, like copy paste of each other!! The other apps only allow for a min. 36 pieces, while this allows for 3x3 puzzles! Second, the photos are not AI generated like the other apps. Finally, the interface is much simpler and easier to use. Also there are not as many ads. I got this app for my grandma so she can play 3x3 puzzles(they usually take her 5 minutes)

This is not a good interaction for puzzles. It has boxed to seperate the pieces... But when I drop them in, they don't dissappear. Negating the point of moving them to the box. If I just wanted to organize them on my phone screen, I simply would. Plus the pieces are weird looking. I'll .

Update to below 6/25/22, the ads in this app are extremely annoying. I can't turn the sound off for them and they are so oversized, there is no way to shut the ad down without closing the app completely. Posted in 2017: This is a great app! I love the bright and colorful photos. Some of the pieces seem to jump and connect when I have not selected them. I also wish the puzzle could be enlarged when finished. And that it did not freeze and resize with the last 3 pieces. Otherwise, no complaints.

I guess I forgot about the frame rate issue or no longer notice it. Anyway, still love the game. I love that we can add our own photos and theres a huge variety of piece sizes to choose from even though I stick with one size on my phone. Ads are so few and far between honestly its only when I minimize the game to do something quick and then come back to it that I get an ad, and even then it's only 3 or 5 seconds. THIS game is actually "free and fun, no wi-fi needed, no annoying ad."
