Edit: the app is eating out my battery and my data. More than 50% of battery usage without even opening the app or connecting the smart watch! Good app but it needs some updates, like for example it would be great to be able to /share costume watch faces between s. Also ther should be a way to assign different actions for double / long clicks of watch buttons.

I was expecting a bit more detail especially on the sleep tracker. Some graphics showing how much you moved over night or when were you on deep or light sleep would be nice. Otherwise, it's quite useless. Update Nr. 3: this app is close to useless. After some time not using my Hybrid I decided to wear it again. It's shown as connected, I wear it every day (even sleeping) for about two weeks now, and still not syncing properly. Some days there is no data at all, and always 0 steps. Please fix.

Hi! I'm using the app for approx. 3 months now. Stats and graphs are quite nice. But: - GUI is confusing - Syncing with Skagen Hybrid Smartwatch is horrible slow and fails in one out of four tries. Unacceptable for a 160$ watch - Additionally since 3 weeks, Skagen Classic Theme is broken. Watch is showing no stats when using the theme, only black background. I think this is my first and last Skagen Smartwatch. Too bad - because I like the design of the watch.

I really like the app. Unfortunately, since my phone updated to Android Pie, it crashes every time I try to sync it. It hasn't been synced for the last 4-5 days and I also don't get notifications on my watch anymore which is quite annoying since I find them quite useful. It says my watch is connected and active but something is obviously not right. Please try to fix the issue!

It is draining my phone's battery very quickly (around 30% per day) in the background. Edit: after receiving help from cutomer service the issue was solved. I simply needed to clear app data through settings and reinstall the app through play store. However, the battery drain has been slowly coming back.

Nice and clean look, has a very friendly interface. Minimalistic yet useful and easy to use, overview of all functions of the watch are shown clearly, really good app. I use the watch with my Pixel 3 and I don't have any notification regarding the battery usage of my phone by the app. I agree with most s that on my last phone the One+ 5 I also had the constant message of battery draining from this app BUT what is curious is the fact that when I was checking the battery usage of the phone in the battery menu there was not even 1% used by the app.

Latest update ruined the app. It keeps draining the battery, for no reason. Tried to just set the notifications off, but the same happens: I have a constant notification that Connect is using battery. I'm very very unhappy, because without the app, this is not a smart watch, but just any watch I paid too much for.

11/22/24: Update. App no longer pairs with Google Fit which has forced me to get a new watch. 11/14/22:It's just okay. Although this app appears to be running in the background constantly, It fails to record step or sleep data on my phone app on a regular basis. It works as intended 60% of the time. Beautiful watch! I just wish the app worked better. Also, you cannot edit sleep or steps in the app which is very odd to me based on my use of the Apple and Huawei watches.
