I like the price of the photos and ease of sizing pics. I am frustrated for the following: It doesn't save my cart for very long, so I had to redo this order when I could not finish selecting all the photos I wanted all in one day. I can't seem to access pictures sent to me unless they were saved or sent in very specific ways on google. It would only let me enter a credit card if the billing address exactly matched how it was saved on my credit , so dashes and etc = problem.

First time . Had lots of problems....app kept leaving out texts on some of my pages. Had to re- enter them multiple times. After book finally in cart, went to check out and it would not accept my phone number. Tried and tried and tried. ed and they said to uninstall the app and reinstall it. Still didn't work.....tried the next day and it finally worked. Probably won't use this app again.

Liked this app until I realized it doesn't save photos you've added and edited into your cart! I have hundreds of photos. I do not have time to edit them all at the same time. It would be very helpful to be able to and edit photos and have them saved in your cart that way, until I'm ready to check out. I ed and edited 365 photos and didn't check out immediately, thinking they would be saved in the app. But no, when I logged back in I realized I have to completely start over!

Generally easy to use. They have great deals. Two issues: deals posted will have an end date and then it changes randomly. I've started keeping screenshots of it so I know I'm not just ing wrong. 2nd the app and web page don't communicate. I can save projects in the app or vice-versa and they won't show up in the other.

Very easy to use! Always have used this app. for my photos. In my previous State I had to drive 25 minutes to get the photos in CVS. Now I am happy that Snapfish delivers them to my home! Finally figured out how to order the 100 print free offer and will continue to use this app for the photos I wish to share. The turnover wait time was not that long. Thanks so much. Josie. Very very difficult to create photo books from the app Can't change photos from pages easily, and changing amount if photos on pages doesn't help either, because then it just repeats the same photo instead of adding new ones. There isn't an option to remove photos already used in project either. Years later & still find it difficult to use the app to make photo books. I try, but then give up. I end up ordering prints instead & making photo albums at home instead. Much easier to do.

I hadn't had a issue until this last order. So the offer was .1¢ per picture. I was thrilled because they are quality fotos. So I order about 250. I got the discount but they put my shipping cost so high. The discount I received was the same they put in my shipping. I understand that they need to make their money but don't lie to people on the cost of something just to put the shipping at the same price you discounted. Made every picture.10¢. It's still a good deal but no need to lie.
