Never Works, the services are always down and causes to crash. And cant rely on the website because was built with so many bugs. If you want an application that just waste your time, battery and memory, this is the one. Complete waste of an app, and sadly the only other way to manage your is via their website and that even worst. Cant believe they would release this to the public.

Though they finally fixed the issue where we couldn't see how much data we were using, now it only shows the whole number. For example, it shows 6 or 7 gb left instead of 6.7 or 7.3. This happened only recently. I personally think it's a horrible practice as you have no way of knowing whether you are at 6.1 or 6.9. It's the first time I've seen a cell phone company do this.

A disaster in cyberspace: way too cluttered, confused, confusing, half of the time does not complete any pages before disappearing into its own little Neverland. A classic example of more being so much less. And, on top of it all, this app displays arrogance. Really a poor app! See

Internet service very slow -only works smoothly after midnight. And its unnreliable - frequenty cutting out at random times. Mi telcel app also slow and unreliable. Customer service was difficult to access - had to listen to ten different menus before I could finally talk to a real human being. Also, there were unexplainable charges against my Amigos sin Limites . In all, my experience with telcel has been far from pleasant.

Bad experience , refresh take too much time. Update Nov'2024. Obviously there is not network issue, the app is bad itself. I can't do anything that you app offer. Only get the message "Fail operation, service unavailable" So I try uninstall and install again. Looks like it fix the problem. I'll review the performance next months before rate again. Consider that I shouldn't uninstall /install on each issue, updates/upgrades should be automatically installed and issues fixed.

This app is disgusting and repulsive. New data package is used before old data package is used. Old data package expires before new data package has been completely used. And after data packages are gone, my 15 peso balance gets used also, without my permission. This app was designed by highly incompetent engineers and architects. It's designed to make you feel angry.

Garbage app. Adding credit takes way too long to show up in the app. It's instant in others but is very delayed with Telcel. The system is always failing too.
