I could hear my guitar's strings were slightly out (the harmonics didn't match), but when I checked them with this, it showed them perfectly in tune. And I mean perfectly—the needle went to the exact center and stayed there. It's impossible to tune an instrument that well—and I hadn't even started trying Subsequent checks with 3 other, more accurate apps showed this one was off by as much as 10 cents. If all you want is to be close to the right notes, I guess this is fine for you.

For me, using Galaxy S7, the free chromatic tuner is excellent. Better than other apps, since it doesn't refer to particular string, so it's very convenient when I want to use even a non-standard tuning :)

The mic would not stay on long enough to allow me to change chords on my bass. All i wanted to do was tune. Not to mention, it asks you to pay for literally anything you can get on other tuner apps I have used in the past.

Not precise at all, it doesn't matter what string I'm playing it ALWAYS tells me it's either too tight or too loose, my string can be as loose as a spaghetti but it still says "loosen the string immediately or it may snap" and vice versa.

This app has cifra club ads with fake x's, making you think you cleared them but actually clicking on them instead. Also, they pop up while tuning and then black out the strings, forcing you to reload.

I've been using this tuner for about a year. I like that it's chromatic. I generally tune to D#. Not too many ads in your face, easy to read at a distance.

All I want from a tuning app is a simple to use chromatic tuner. This is one of the few apps that seems to hit that mark! No fuss, reliable, does what it should.

I don't like it because when I'm tuning the guitar, suddenly an ad starts playing, and that's pretty annoying and inappropriate. And it's not a good tuner either.
