Absolute WORST experience with an app. Had everything required done WAY ahead of time. , payment, etc. Waited in a queue for over an hour, when it was my turn to pick seats it booted me out and would not let me do anything. Lost my chance at a once in a life time opportunity. Thanks ticket master, do better!

App keeps telling me I need the most recent version of Chrome. I update Chrome and restart, but the message persists. When I go to the website, I get a persistent error message (oops) when trying to view my tickets. So, at this moment, I'm stressed. Sent an email for help, so I hope it helps. 11/1/24 - can't sign in to website or app because my "browsing activity has been paused." Such bad experiences with this app.

The app and website is slow and difficult to work with. I have tickets listed for sale, but I can't edit the listing, it just spins and spins and spins. I've tried different browsers and computers. I cannot even get to the listing to show up in the app. This is what happens when we allow a company to have a MONOPOLY! We are forced to use their mediocre apps and services with MASSIVE service fees. There are no alternatives. There is no competition and, therefore, no reason to innovate.

It's one of the worst apps I have ever used. But since there really isn't another to use for certain events, you are stuck with it. Overpriced tickets and service fees. Trying to navigate the website and find locations didn't always come up. Multiple glitches during my search for WWE event. Went to buy tickets but had to . The wasn't recognized, had to change it, then said can't use previous . Don't send a message about sorry for inconvenience. Don't be sorry be better

Ticketmaster is worthless. Since they have a monopoly on ticket sales for every event across the United States, they push their advantage with a bunch of high fees and annoying rules. Navigating through their app is slow and clunky, and you have a time limit that does not allow for anything extra without causing you to lose your tickets. I hate using them for anything and will gladly drive 3 hours just to go to a ticket office if I can.

The app is terrible. Crashed and locked up several times. I lost awesome seats because suddenly everything in the app was "unauthorized." Other times it would just stop stepping through the inane, four-step prices for getting in just to see the tickets. What a crapfest. It's always a crapfest, though, so at least it's consistent.

It's always a hit or miss with app. When it does open, it is difficult to work with. Usually, issues pertain to logging in or location. Currently, it won't open at all. I'm seeing the splash screen and then nothing but black screen. At first, I thought if I just let the app sit and "think" things might work themselves out; that the app was connecting or ing resources. But, I've come to the realization that it's either being poorly managed or it's just a bad app.

I've ed this app before, and it worked. I ed it 10/6 for a set of tickets I purchased. It only opened once. I've cleared the cache, troubleshooted, and still nothing. It endlessly loads, nothing more.. Now I've considered traffic, but it shouldn't result in such inconsistency. The only thing that's been consistent —is it not opening. I'm not entirely sure what's causing the TicketMaster application to fail completely, but. As of now 10/8 it's unusable.
