This game is clunky and bugged. You cannot access any of the help pages, 'page failed to load.' After I confirmed my email address, it would not let me as it was 'invalid.' There was no way to continue or go back on a page, and it sent me to the 'classic' version (webpage.) After closing and reopening the app, it was still stuck on the same page. This was the Equestrian center unlock. It's very frustrating to spend so much time without reward. Great game, but the bugs ruined everything.

tutorial too long and condescend Edit: I did not finish the tutorial because I realized that it was repeating the same instructions for things that were not that complicated. Maybe if I was a young child, it would make sense, but this game is clearly not made for that demographic. Having information buttons for each thing you could do that could explain it when needed would be better since there is so much, in my opinion. Having such a long tutorial just makes people lose interest in the game.

Equestrian Center is not functional. I completed the required tasks to open my own, but now any time that I try to open the page to do so I get a message reading, "Page unavailable. The page you requested is currently inaccessible. Continue the tutorial to unlock this area of the game." With a prompt to "Go to the classic version" and play on a web browser instead of in the app. I can't even access my task list to continue completing objectives because the same error screen displays for that.

I was enjoying it, I used to play this when I was very little and saw an ad for this and got hit with some nostalgia. I got to the part where you get to open your own center but to my surprise I can't play the game anymore? There is no way to exist that pop up window that makes you go to browser, no cross or back button. I tried force stopping the app. Update reinstalled the app and got out of the dead loop, gotta avoid that button now

It's an alright app overall, good to play when I'm bored. But I think it would be call of you can customize the foals coats when they are born depending on their parents. It really annoyed me because in the tutorial I HAD to change the appearance of a horse I'd just got when I didn't Want too and I couldn't change it back. Please fix this

I give up. I got this a few months ago as a fun way to time, and got really into it. I made an and made it about a month before I got the option for the equestrian center, but like many others, I got stuck in the tutorial and couldn't log back in due to never confirming my email. Okay whatever. So I made a new and confirmed my email this time. I got the equestrian center, and while exploring it I got forced out of the app. I can no longer sign in, even with correct info.

I'm stuck on a page that says "Page unavailable. The page you requested is currently inaccessible. Continue the tutorial to unlock this area of the game." i spent es to unlock the equestrian boarding and now it continuously does this. I hit 'go to classic mode' and it tells me to continue the tutorial by clicking "here" so I do and then it will not let me do anything.

It's an ok game, but the prices are outrages, it's hard to get enough Equus and es together to be able to buy anything, and to finish any of the events, it requires you to use real money to buy something. It's a disappointment 😞. And there is NO , you complain about a problem and it gets ignored. They only help to top real money spenders who play, the rest don't matter to them. Save yourself the disappointment and trouble and don't play this game.
