(sorry, English is not my language) Design should be improved. 1- The application automatically uses your default phone language/settings and decides what is in miles/kph, gallon/litre, costs, etc >> it should be in the Settings. By instance, if you want to change from miles to km/h, you can't do it in the (poor) settings. It is buried at the bottom of your options when you prepare a new itinerary, under a tiny "Distance" flag very easy to miss. Ridiculous. 2- I could not find in all options, when preparing an itinerary, the place where you give a date and time of travel. This app is only good for immediate use, not for preparing and estimating or simulating a path in the future. Stick to the web. 3- After logging in, it does import your favourites, but not your car specifications nor your preferences (ex.; km, litres, costs,...) 4- Even if your car is "Diesel" (and recorded as "diesel" when defining your specs for the 1st time), it does not refresh well for the 1st use in an itinerary: the word "petrol" still appears and is greyed out. "Diesel" will be correctly displayed when you relaunched the application though. Actually, it is better to run ViaMichelin via your browser (in your PC or smartphone) for preparing your trips, and keep this application for instant pathfinding when driving.

Very good for avoiding toll roads, better than Waze for this. Consumes 41.6 % mobile data of Waze. I used Android Auto for Waze as alerts are missing on Michelin, used Michelin on phone screen. Navigation seems at turns a bit inaccurate or less smooth than other apps. Tomtom Amigo is good for average speed zone measurements. So I use 3 apps depending on the situation, plus Google maps as search is better. Picture sometime freezes, which is solved by changing screen view or restarting navigation.

Speed limit for every road is wrong. Maps are out of date. Voice navigation lags so badly you'll be making wrong turns all day long, it needs to be more like Waze. The voice nav actually just didn't say anything for a long period of time then she piped up again. The roundabout symbol points to the wrong exit. Whoever has updated this app needs to hand their wages back to the company then their desks need to be put outside so they're forced to work in the rain until they've fixed it.

The upgrade has ruined it. It keeps sending me to the website not the app (well, I think that's what's happening) There are clearly 2 totally different platforms going on. I have to go via the website and every time and retell it where HOME is. But the app doesn't have a My section at all so I can't set favourites like I used to. Icons are big and ugly and get in the way. I can't switch off "helpful" suggestions. I used to plan a route, but now I have to create an itinerary! Yuk!!

Useless! Totally useless! The old app showed an 'outdoor' layer with waymarked trails and cycle routes. That disappeared. I was using it to research areas which were suitable to live in with our active dogs. It was a very useful feature. When they got rid of that I got rid of the app. If I could give it zero I would.

I am very disappointed. The app never retaines your nor the metrics or your car, the directions are imprecise, it's difficult to see the next steps, to find the next steps you need to scroll through several pages, that dangerous if you are driving. you can't see/set up what you want to see at the main screen, like distance, time, arrival time duration.. etc. If you switch app or lose network it loses the itinerary I used to like the app the revamp had destroyed the whole concept.

App is good, very useful if you want to choose the route without tolls. Pay attention, that very often app mixes voice notification and map (left-right turns) map shows correctly, but voice advisor says opposite. Happens very often on SS and SP roads in Italy. Sometimes app doesn't indicate roundabout and crossroads properly. Generally very helpful.

Tested on a Italian trip I've done for twenty years. It doesn't show the route I use but it's a good alternative. 29/04/24. Why when things that work well and are easy to navigate are updated its usually worse. Gone from simple and straightforward to ####. If I can't figure it out I'll delete. Update to follow.
