AWFUL Verizon is terrible. Service is no longer decent and they tack on random fees and charges without explanation, then make the bill intentionally difficult to decipher. IE - I paid off my bill, checked it again an hour later, and there was a balance of $40. How does that happen in 5 minutes when you're billed monthly and nothing was purchased? You have an assigned business manager, but they are impossible to get ahold of. It's been 10 months, 6 emails, and so many calls - nothing!

Consistently Awful. I have had Verizon for over 20 years. This app hardly ever works. I will get allowed 1 maybe 2 attempts then I get locked out. It changes my security question to one I never used regularly. It just never works. I have tried to mutimes over the past year cause I was going to upgrade my business tablets and phones. I haven't and most like won't cause the app never works, the stores suck, the service has gotten worse since 2019 and not one person seems to care.

Overall, I am pleased with the service I have received thus far. However, my home internet is spotty and slow when it is working around 2.5mbs to 3.5mbs and should be near 25mbs. Tried different locations in the room and several recommended "tips" they offered, but to no avail. Also my brother has Verizon with a different phone, he has the most current iPhone and I have a Samsung Ultra 24. He comes over and has full bars and I'm lucky to have 2. 3 on really good days. But, still enjoy Verizon.

This app is an obnoxious joke. The home screen is full of ads, and you have to continue to skip them to see YOUR BILL. When attempting to view all past payments, it gives an error. Always errors. Just what kind of 'business' app is this supposed to be?? The audacity. I'm getting closer and closer to canceling it all.

Avoid Verizon Business, their personal cell service is the only thing they do well. Onetalk is garbage, wireless business internet is not usable, tech is non-existent. 13 hrs on the phone, month old open service ticket, my is 3mb and of .18 and I pay for the highest option available. I have nothing between me and two different Verizon towers, both less than a mile from me. I am looking for new options.

** Beware ** The worst billing dept in the world. They never ever get the bill correct the first 12 times. Once they get it right it may last several months or longer but by far and away the absolute worst of them all. The service works incredibly well, very reliable. But when you have to call them yihr going to have a very bad day, simlly because you can tell just by listening to them carry on other conversations with colleagues while trying to get the bill corrected. They drag it on forever.🤦

Needs a lot of work. It's quite surprising Verizon decided to release this app for use, as it is presently. There are so many issues it's practically useless. AND, although it doesn't pertain to this app, I feel I must also mention that Verizon's customer service/technical agents are so horribly untrained at their job, you can spend hours on the phone with them, and more often than not come away with more issues than you started with. Thier widespread incompetence simply boggles the mind

App isn't great. The setup is atrocious and took hours of tech on the phone and so many "temporary" codes. After ing the app, more of the same. I guess we'll see after some use. Been a VZW customer for almost 20 years and they've now switched me to a corporate acct. Thought it would be easier. Business owners have businesses to run. We shouldn't have to spend hours setting up a non- friendly app. Not impressedb whatsoever.
