Things have moved on. There’s no longer just a dial to twist when your favourite song comes on, then guard to make sure no one else touches it. With the app, you can crank up the volume from the kitchen and there’s nothing anyone can do about it.

It’s using the powers of technology for good, and ultimately with you in control, better playlists for all. And if apps aren’t your thing, you can still use our products without it.

Using the app is simple. Just connect your devices, adjust the volume, and get on with your life. You can fiddle with more detailed adjustments if you’re that way inclined, like equalisers and noise control for headphones – everything is there to help create your perfect fit.

Major connection problems. I bought a Marshall Monitor 3 and i can easily connect via Bluetooth to listen to music. I can't connect to the Marshall app though. And if there is a connection by any chance, the next time i open the app it's gone and i can't use any of the settings. I saw this is a known problem for multiple s on various marshall devices but has not been fixed in two years (from what i saw in forums). Without this problem i would rate the app 4-5 stars. But as is its useless.

Unfortunately I can't use the App with Emberton II on my Xiaomi 13T. I can connect to the speaker but the App just keeps searching for it. For some reason another device named Emberton II (LE) keeps popping up everytime and only when the App starts searching for the device. When you try to pair with this device, the actual speaker disconnects and you're required to connect to the actual speaker again, since in reality you're not connected to anything. I hope this problem gets fixed soon.

"Loading bar simulator 2024" Incredibly unresponsive application, that is REQUIRED to use the headphones on my phone. 9 / 10 times when opening the app it just displays that it's trying to connect to the ear-buds and that never changes... Had the problem first on my samsung S9+, but it also continued on my S23. Really expected more from Marshall.

Since months I am seeing now the "important note" that this app has issues with Android 14 and I can't setup my Minor III through the app. Still waiting for you guys to "work hard" on a solution, so I can actually use my headphones the way they are supposed to be, as the standard Android Bluetooth settings let me connect to the headphones, but not properly configure the headphones. Honestly, last time Marshall for me.

I just got Mode II earbuds and I love their look and feel, and how they fit my ears. However! When I connect to the device (phone or laptop), earbuds don't always pickup the volume level that was set on the device, but push it to 100% instead. I've never had such an issue with !any! other earbuds or headphones, and it's dangerous for hearing! Please fix this. Also, I often use earbuds solo so need to have play/pause on both instead of transparency settings. Couldn't find how to do this.

Can't use the speaker at all after updating my Samsung S20+ phone to Android 13. I made sure the speaker and the Marshal app are up to date, but still can't use the speaker with my phone it shows it is playing music, but there is no sound coming out. Unpair and pair as well as restarting the speaker and the phone didn't help. Very disappointing, please fix.

Sadly, newly bought 150€ motif anc earbuds won't connect to the app. I can listen to music with them via bluetooth but the app will not connect with them, it seems more people than just me have this issue (either related to the newest update of the app for android or its a problem with google phones, i have a pixel 6 and on other phone types it works). Sad since this seems to be a good app, but unusable for me

Just got my acton 3 all hooked up, everything works as expected. Would be great to have the option of choosing which device the speaker pairs / connects to, getting a BT record player to pair with a BT speaker while no one has a UI interface was a nerve racking show of blinking lights haha but it worked on the first try! I like the fact that I can adjust the bass/treble/volume on my phone while my record player or any other device is playing, it's a shame it's not on the same screen though.
