The thing that really annoys me is that the saved searches are frequently erased. How can you expect people to use this app daily if they have to constantly retype their most common addresses?? I don't care if the app looks good, I care if it is easy to use. And compared to the previous version, this one is currently losing. Reply: yes, I know about this feature. It is exactly this feature that is not working.

I was a happy of the mvg app. After the forced update I initially liked the mvgo but the more I use it the more flaws I find. The worst ones: - the journeys it finds are not the best by any stretch. This needs to improve as even Google is better... - when minimizing the app it does not cache the journey so you have to look it up upon reopen. This is extremely frustrating and coupled with the relatively long time it takes to find a journey, it has caused me to miss quite a few connections...

MVG has achieved a new landmark by creating one of the worst app ever. The app performance is bad. It doesn't give you any details/information on the delays if there are any. You keep waiting for the bus wondering what's happening. REALLY REALLY BAD!!! The old app was much better and it seems that the new app is made to hide the data of delays as it doesn't show any.

A couple of months after a forced switch to a less functional app,major issues aren't solved yet.The app itself is slow.The misguidedly modernized UI is slow to use,the opposite of an efficient public transport app.Still lots of flicks, scrolls etc. required,no easy access single stop favorites,worse station maps unlike the old Fahrinfo app,bad predictions,the map still covers the UI.Are you sure you still cannot use the old codebase or at least pay the guys who made the Fahrinfo for a new one?

I miss the feature of the old mvg fahrinfonapp where you can get a bar chart to plan your journey from A to B. It was a really good visual comparison for all the possible routes and gave very clear idea when should I leave to arrive at a particular time. On the other hand, mvgo only has the list view, in which i have to open all the journey options one by one to compare them which is very time consuming and inefficient. Please bring the bar chart back. Mvgo also doesn't give optimised route info

Compared to the previous MVG App, this one is a disaster. First of all, MVG cancelled my subscription in the midst of switching their system. Even had to pay fees for them cancelling the subscription on me for their systems not being properly synchronized. And now after the switch I always get unknown error 171 when I try purchasing a ticket in the app. Unfortunately, MVG Website also redirects only to this app. Now I am stuck and have to go to one of the vending machines. Great job MVGO.

Very inconvenient after old MVG Fahrinfo App. The most wanted function 'get the departures from the nearest bus stop' was one click before. Now, it requires insane effort, especially when it's cold outside.

Slowly improving after being released before having basic functionality from the old app in place. Would be great to have a 1x1 widget that takes you directly to the latest ticket, rather than a 2x2 that unnecessarily tells you what ticket you've bought. Most of the time you only need to show it if the controllers come round.
