Bewaar je reis en ontvang meldingen
Je kunt elk reisadvies gemakkelijk bewaren én aangeven of je meldingen over je reis wilt ontvangen. Zo ben je altijd meteen op de hoogte van eventuele vertragingen. En krijg je 15 minuten voor vertrek een seintje dat je bus of trein bijna vertrekt. Of een herinnering om bij de juiste halte uit te stappen en uit te checken. Vind je niet alle meldingen handig? Je kunt zelf instellen welk soort meldingen je wel en niet wilt ontvangen.
Favoriete locaties
Snel een reis plannen naar huis of naar je werk? Vanuit het beginscherm in de app plan je gemakkelijk een reis naar je favoriete locaties. Je kunt de adressen een eigen naam geven, zoals ‘thuis’, ‘kantoor’ of ‘oma’. Daarnaast klik je ook gemakkelijk je recente en veelgebruikte locaties aan.

Application crashes when using tickets. Cannot use tickets in app.

E-tickets are never checked or simply don't work, the app is slow, busses and trains are never there in time or are cancelled, the information regarding strikes and cancellations is inaccurate or simply untrue. I can't count the number of times I've stood at Heerlen station waiting for a bus or train replacement that would never show up. The app completely useless and will actually jeopardize your commute; get 9292. I'm done calling my job that I've once again missed the train or bus.

Independently of the traffic conditions and weather, the bus is always late 10 to 15 min. The schedules are poorly planned. The time in the app is useless, as it keeps delaying the arrival minute by minute until the bus arrives. Mean of transport unreliable. Company to avoid as much as possible.

What's the point of having an e-ticket, if the barcode reader doesn't work 9/10 times in the bus? I have a Samsung S20, so you cannot say my phone is too old to work properly. Some bus drivers are nice and just let me take a seat, but a lot of them are rude and give comments, because they cannot check the ticket. The idea itself is very good, but the implementation is bad. Gonna switch to the good old ov card and save myself the trouble

They sell tickets during strikes and when you want to complain they just ignore you. They sell e tickets that are NOT VALID. Scan does not work so you dont even get into the station. Dont try to get your money back. Its a waste of time.. its either the most unprofessional company or the best con artists. Sad..

Way less traveloptions then other apps and setting arriveltime does not work properly if you can even manage to put in the right time since that part also doesn't work like it is supposed to.

Crashes often, When ever I'm trying to buy an e_ticket it says no Web browser found to perform this tasks, and if I buy a ticket on a different browser and try to it in the app, it doesn't seem to work.

Can not buy a e-ticket as the button to do so does not appear most of the time. Mentioning this to the bus drivers just get's rewarded with snarky comments. Kudo's to Arriva for being the worst we ever had in the Netherlands.
