Although it ask what tricks you already know, it still adds them to your curated training.. which makes it feel less curated and more automated. It also won't actually save any of the memories or my dogs picture. Otherwise the pacing is well thought out, the training makes sense and I enjoy the breakdown. I like the mix of training for the dog and education for the individual. I think this app is best utilized for young or new dogs, sadly I've had mine a year. Overall 3/5 stars it's decent

You've sent a rating option to rate the app and I'm not even finished logging in my profile. I won't know if the app is good because I haven't even gotten a chance to navigate etc. I think this rating option should be prompt AFTER the plan is over. Like if the option of 1 week was paid for then the prompt should at 4 days out from the start day. For 1 month it should be prompted at 2 weeks and for 3 months option, there should be a prompt after 1 month. Thank you.

I've revisited the app since August and found it to be even better than it was before. The lessons are fantastic, and there's a commands page if you prefer working with your dog more than reading articles. The information is well written and very educational, very useful information. And the price is very reasonable. I like the animation, the beautiful art style, and I'm quite pleased and impressed with it all. My dog is becoming smart because of this app. It's the best app for dog training!

Not a useful app for me, unfortunately. Doesn't do what I need. UPDATE: HUGE SCAM. You can cancel but they will continue to charge your credit card. I cancelled in July but was charged another $39.99 in August. You can dispute it with Google Play, but get nowhere. And their notes here in the reviews asking you to their customer are just to get the conversation offline. They basically just tell you you're screwed when you them. My next step is my attorney. Absolute theft.

I like the idea, but there is ALOT of pop messages and its obviously orientated to not let you click out of things and making options really small when you're trying to delete your profile as well. Will not dump your email address associated with it when you "delete". Anyways the reason for the delete is the app assumes when you rescue, that the dog was fully grown when you rescued it and it puts you completely on a plan of orientation for the dog in its "new home" and you can't change the plan.

Absolutely terrible customer service. You cannot cancel via the app, you have to "submit a request" to cancel via the app, and they get to decide on their end of they're actually going to fulfill said request. Theyve billed me twice after the initial sign up, even though I submitted a request to cancel the same day I initially signed up and they just chose to disregard the request. I've been emailing their "" for 3 days now over their own error, and they don't even it any wrongdoing.

I signed up for a one week trial. After the trial they booked me for 2 months full service (which I didn't catch until the second month). There are no invoices and no way to check on the app or website the status of your or how you are being billed. Three app has directions on how to cancel through the app, but I'd you signed up online you won't realize you have an open . The only way to cancel otherwise is through email. They don't offer refunds as a policy.

Initially thought the app was pretty decent, but seriously lacking content for the price point they were charging. But then I decided I'd still use it to log my walks, because it was a well designed app. Wrong. Went for a 28 minute walk, which clocked 1.42mi on my watch, and it didn't record anything but the time in the app. Just bad. (Location permissions were indeed enabled)
