Absolutely awful, frustrating, infuriating app. It connects to my washer-dryer, then it randomly disconnects. It randomly logs me out. It will simply not connect or the app completely resets everything or it will not reconnect. There is no rhyme or reason for the randomness. Utterly infuriating. I hate it. Edit: I am, and have been, using the most recent version of the app that is available, and it has *not* resolved the issue.

Useless, can't get my remote function to work. It's been two or more years of trying. I have finally got the Home whizz app to recognise my washing machine, but can't turn on remote function. This is so poorly designed. The internet is full of people asking the same questions, with no answer. And YES I followed the instructions as suggested 👇

I had issues connecting the app to my washer dryer despite following the instructions and pressing the 2 buttons on the machine to enable Bluetooth. The solution was to unplug the washer dryer and plug it in again. Then the app found it and now it works well. Suggesting to unplug and plug in the device might be helpful in the on-screen instructions.

I sent email to customer 2 days ago, as instructed. I haven't got any answer at all. (App doesn't send any notifications anymore. All permissions are on, notifications allowed, all warnings and notifications enabled in app. Dishwasher status is correctly displayed in app, in real-time (it means both dishwasher and app correctly communicate with servers). I raised a case to team, I haven't got anything back.)

Why, every time you release some freaking update I lost my device and I can't even add it back without reinstalling whole app? Spending 30mins with this bs....Model HTV 8716 XP, Galaxy Note 9, Android 10. At the end spent 30+ mins, device won't connect with the app, I tried even to remove the device from electricity and put it back but no joy... Useless. 4Oct - issue solved after reinstalling the app and twenty times tried to reconnect, after some time it catches and ed the appliance.

Useless and a waste of your time. The one piece of useful functionality - letting you know when your appliance has finished its task - is entirely absent. One can only assume the app was written by people who have never used a washing machine. And as you can see from their reply, the customer service sucks as bad as the app.

Do not bother with this app. There is no laundry option, so I had to add my washing machine to the bathroom section. Also, even with the washing machine inline of sight of internet modem and my phone within just meters of each other. The app keeps saying "out of range," and even though I use my machine almost every day, it only has a few records from back in July. Additionally, the only thing that has worked between the machine and the app is a 'mix' . Nothing else works.

I like the software on the sense it gives me wifi control over my washing machine and dryer. UI could be a bitt better. Since the last update, I've stopped receiving notifications. I've double checked and the settings are fine from my end.
