Worst update put back the old version !!!! I dont understand why you always trying to upgrade something but it's actually a downgrade, way too many step to go to the wishlist, and while you going into an item, its send you all the way to the begging of your wishlist which is really annoying. I've used this app for years. Ever since Saturday, it has crashed every single time I've tried to scroll through this week's drop. I see about 3 things, then it crashes. I've tried uninstalling, clearing the caches and all the usual techniques. No change. It crashes on my phone and my tablet. Stop trying to put in pointless videos and make an app that doesn't crash and enables you to see what's in sale! It's not difficult!

Clothes look great on website but when they arrive are so different in colour and quality. Very disappinting. Now also the returns process is teadious. I received 3 boxes and want to return three boxes, not play tetris by trying to put it all in one box or be forced to pay a return fee when they promis returns are supposedly free. I'm done with Zara.

Love the Zara app! Makes shopping online and in store so easy. You can look up items using the style number which makes it easy to search for things. I found the viral Hourglass Blazer using the style number and didn't order the other blazer they have that looks similar and had people confused. The app tracks your orders and in store purchases and even stores your receipts. It makes everything super easy.

I would give zero stars if I could! I am furious!!! I ordered items on the 10th. It was meant to be delivered on the 18th. I spoke to multiple agents via your app chat and no one has been near helpful! I have been trying for days and still I dont know what is going on with my order!!! To top it all off your agent switched off my chat and my messages on the are not going through.

The WORST APP EVER it always stucks at the point where it says that it'll send you a push up notification and it NEVER DOES I've been trying for a WHOLE hour and it's been happening all these years Im using it!! When it does send you the notification it aways ends up with error!!i have a fully updated version I deleted my cashee 100 times I even restarted!!! still it doesn't work!! You just lost 245 euros from my purchases AGAIN.Zara earns millions they can't afford good IT, SIMPLY RIDICULOUS

the app has always issues when purchasing. sometimes have to put through the order multiple times when actually is finally done. sometimes then it goes through as 2 orders. always issues at the payment part. loading loading and nothing happens for minutes or have to refresh and start again...you guys have to do something to fix it

I was unable to change my credit card information online which included removing expired cards and entering a new card number. Then I tried to close my and open a new and I was unable to type in my area code. Only when I loaded the APP on my phone, was I able to enter my new credit card number. "Help" was totally unhelpful because it was only able to tell me how to correct the problem using APP. I have used this site for years but now ready to close my .
