Good to have. VERY frustrating that your tickets are on a website instead of the app. Infuriating, actually. Logs you after 30 days, even if you have used it recently. Needs lots of work. This is the worst ticketing app I have used. Straz, good. Straz app, not so good.

Useless. Every button wants to open my browser. WHY would you develop an app that does this? Put EVERYTHING inside the app. That's the point of mobile applications, to allow us the same experience without the browser. The Straz company clearly doesn't know this. Fix it by placing ALL web based features IN THE APP!! Also, cannot see the tickets and reservation I just made. I can't edit my because it "thinks" I'm a Group and has disabled Group editing. Why? What is this? 1 star.

This app is awful. Even the front door ticket scanners didn't know how to find tickets. It signs you out. It looks like a webpage. We arrived early for our show, didn't get seated until after the show started. I spent the next hour trying to calm down so I didn't even enjoy the show. So dumb, do not trust this app, just go to Will Call to begin with.

The app is ok but all the measures they put in place to prevent ticket scalping make it difficult to use. You can't tickets so always need an acrive connection. You can't even transfer tickets to a family member or friend. Very disappointed. Won't use again.
