Usually performs well, but when I wanted to go overseas and ed the boarding , it caused an issue at the immigration. An officer informed me that they need to see the flight timing, but it didnt reflect in the wallet. And that this is apparantly normal issue faced by them for samsung wallets. Had to pull the original boarding pdf from my email instead. Also, samsung rewards is claimed too fast. I've never been fast enough to claim it.

I loved the previous version before it upgraded. Now the pin pad does not open at all, keeps trying to do so but can't. I tried restarting the app, restarting the phone, clearing cache, even clearing data, which made it worse. Incredibly frustrating because I rely on it so much, and there isn't anybody whom you can call to troubleshoot.

I use an on-screen fingerprint scanner,so each time I try to unlock, the slightest movement cancels the whole action,which needs me to be still and waste more seconds trying to scan my fingerprint just to tap. After that, the tapping gives issues too, it declines the card most of the time, which requires me to try again and again until I have to bring out the physical card to pay. I've used Google wallet before Samsung Wallet,and I can say that this app is much more inconvenient than others.

Had a great experience with Samsung Pay on my old Note 10 Lite. But when I switched to the newest S24 Ultra, I have suddenly discovered, that the app does not work at all on it! Even their newest version in Samsung Wallet. What a strange move from Samsung! My old phone still works well with the app, while the new one - can't! I am very disappointed.

Works great..when it works. I keep getting the same issue about once a month or so. When trying to pay with my saved card, it says "temporarily unavailable. connect to a wifi or mobile network to use this card" I get this even when connected to mobile or wifi. Only way to fix is to remove the card and add it again. Very inconvenient when you're at the front of the line and you're ready to pay for your coffee and the app does this.

Boarding es service needs to be improved by incorporating more important and relevant information, such as boarding time and class. It should also adopt a more aesthetically pleasing design for boarding es. Google Wallet is an example of this, as it uses different colors to differentiate between cabin classes, like in the Fly Delta app for example.

It seems a bit safer than Google Wallet, as it requires authentication before paying, even though the phone is unlocked. It's more seamless as well with Samsung phones. But, people won't be paying attention to ads when they're in a line, hurrying to pay something. If there only was an option to disable ads, it'd be better. There are other, more effective ways to show ads without being that annoying.

I would like to use the swipe up feature, as it seems useful. However, I can't use it with Google wallet and Samsung wallet still doesn't have all my loyalty cards. If they include ones like National Trust and other loyalty cards I use, I would switch. Unless all my cards can be in one place, it is pointless for me to switch. The feature does look useful though.
